In 2640 BC, the desert outside of Tyre develops another gradient sand storm named Yzebel. The storm continues its trek across the desert, bring fertility to the lands.
To celebrate its learning of Craftsmanship, the Phoenician people adopt the social policy of Discipline to better protect their citizens from the marauding barbarians found in the wilds and continue the cultural development of Political Philosophy.
The city of Tyre commissioned a builder to rebuild the storm damaged farms along its outskirts, in the year 2600 BC.
