The Phoenicians, in the year 3480 BC, established a Code of Laws so that their civilization could continue to advance and bring furthered prosperity to its people.

Dido named herself a God King and inspired her peoples' piety. Focusing the military on surveying the nearby world, the Phoenician government began a search for other civilizations to meet, learn from, and trade with.

With the newly trained slinger on reconnaissance across the northeastern desert, the city of Tyre sets to honor the newly adopted Code of Laws by constructing their first monument, in the year 3480 BC.
