I'll be playing one turn (and one more turn...) of Civ VI: Gathering Storm every day over the next 250 days. Previously on...

Tyre produced the first Phoenician scout in 3760 BC and sent him north along the coast, driven by the Phoenician people's affinity for the sea. The scout ventured past the nearby marble deposit and towards the northern river. Once across, the scout saw tribal villages to both the west and the northeast.

Meanwhile, the warrior troop decided to leave the barbarians in peace (at least, for now) and continued their trek. Arriving at the eastern coast, they found another tribal village to explore to the south of the Jordan River.

Dido and the Phoenician people commission the training of slinger to defend Tyre while they await word on what is discovered within the tribal villages, in the year 3720 BC.
